Wow Brooches
We all know that brooches are making a real comeback and are THE jewellery trend of 2026, so I couldn't resist curating this collection of vintage brooches all of which make a real statement. They really are stand alone pieces which when added to a jacket, shirt or knitwear will instantly update your look and make an impact.

One of my favourites is this magnificent Trifari gold tone and white leaf brooch from the 1960's.

Trifari was established by Gustavo Trifari, Leo Krussman and Carl Fishel in 1925. The company began by creating jewellery for actors in Hollywood and soon became well known for designing and creating high quality costume jewellery for all women.
The appointment of French jewellery designer Alfred Philippe (formerly at Van Cleef and Arpels) transformed the brand to a household name, creating pieces that are still highly sought after and collectible today.
Trifari prided itself on marking every single piece it produced and this brooch has the crown hallmark over the T and a c indicating it was made between 1955 and 1969. In 2000 Trifari was taken over by Liz Claiborne and the Trifari signature disappeared.
This brooch also looks amazing used as a pendant on a pearl necklace!

Bow motif brooches have always been popular and I love this vintage geometric ribbon style. Pin it to a black knit for instant style.

Will you be embracing the brooch trend this year?
