Returns
If you have a change of mind we have a 14 day return policy where you can return your item for an exchange, store credit note or refund. The jewellery must be in its original packaging and be in perfect condition. All sale items will only be offered an exchange or store credit note.
For health reasons earrings CANNOT be returned unless faulty.
You may return a faulty item for a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days at nicky@vonk.com.au with full details of why you wish to return the item and why you believe it is faulty. Photos would be useful. Once the faulty item is received back by us you will be offered a full refund or store credit. All refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method ie PayPal.
