Shipping and customs duties

Vonk Jewellery delivers to most destinations around the world.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders and will be shipped within 4 business day of payment  All Vonk Jewellery orders are sent with Australia Post with a tracked and signed for service. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. Australia Post states that delivery can be anything between 2-5 working days.

We suggest that if you need an item urgently you select the Express Post option. Please check the Australia Post website for details on delivery times to your postcode. We cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. 

WE OFFER FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OF $250 AND OVER.

For orders under $250 the following charges will apply

Standard Australian Post $12

Express Australian Post $15

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders usually take 10 days - 2 weeks dependent on destination and customs processing. Shipping to New Zealand is $20.00 and $30.00 for the rest of the world International Australia Post. If you require International Express please email us at nicky@vonk.com.au and I will inform you of the extra shipping costs. We cannot take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Customs and duty charges on your order may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country and customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Vonk Jewellery may have to pay the customs duties on your behalf depending on your location. If this is the case I will contact you with the estimated cost before the order is sent and arrange payment.

Any orders returned to Vonk Jewellery because of unpaid customs will not be refunded.
