Vintage sterling silver articulated Dusty Bin charm.  His legs move.

Dusty Bin was the mascot and booby prize for the British quiz show 3.2.1. which was aired on ITV for 10 years from 1978 to 1988. The show was hosted by Ted Rodgers and was based on the Spanish show Un, Dos, Tres although the the Spanish version had a pumpkin rather than bin as its mascot.

It has a sterling silver ring so that it is ready to add to your charm bracelet or your favourite chain.
