This stunning pearl necklace features a sterling silver shield watch fob and large freshwater pearl drop with a sterling silver oval spring clasp. The watch fob is hallmarked Birmingham 1926 and has the makers mark W.J.D for William James Dingley of Warstone Lane, Birmingham. It is blank on the back and the front cartouche is also blank, an usual feature of these type of medallions as they often have initial engravings or inscriptions .
The clasp easily opens so that you can add your own favourite charms or pendants, or use the whole clasp and pendants on another chain of your own. A truly versatile and beautiful piece of jewellery.
The necklace can be worn with the clasp at the back for a luxe, classic look or the clasp and pendant can be worn at the front for a totally different look to compliment different necklines.
